We provide medical equipment and support to over 9,800 patients covering 52 villages and hamlets in rural Lincolnshire.
The main reason the charity was established is for patients to recognise and support the efforts and contribution that the medical practice, rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission, is making in our local community.
The trust was set up as a charity in 1990 - registration 1000579. The object of the trust is “to relieve sickness within the area served by the medical practice". We provide medical equipment or other facilities not normally provided by the National Health Service. This enables early diagnosis and treatment and enables patients to be treated speedily and without the need to visit an NHS hospital.
We recognize the pressure that the NHS is under and work with our medical practice to help it to improve its service to the local patient community. If you can make a financial contribution to this worthy cause then please donate.
In the last 3 years, we have provided the practice with a new van to deliver prescriptions to patients, new ECG equipment, new spirometers, emergency equipment for our paramedic and new home blood pressure monitors.
Collection boxes have been placed around the community and we will be holding a Grand Draw.
